The offering:
5 days (4 nights) accommodation in a beautiful & serene setting in Portugal
Mandatory 1 to 1 video call for preparation before the retreat.
Maximum 4:1 ratio of participants to facilitators for safety and focused guidance.
Included transfer from and to the nearest airport (Lisbon) or closest train/bus station
Minimum 2 meals per day with fresh fruit, light healthy snacks, fresh teas & beverages always available during your stay.
10 Guided Sessions included: 2 Intense Breath work sessions, 2 cold therapy, Guided Cacao ceremony, 4 yoga sessions, Art therapy to support integration.
45 min massage/energy healing session included.
Excursion to a historic spiritual location.
During the retreat availability for nature walks and excursion.
Daily sharing & integration circles and games.
Private 1 to 1 support sessions are available throughout the retreat.
Remote support and guidance on call for 7 days immediately after the retreat.

Day 1 Thursday
From 12:00 - Check-In & welcome with fruit, snacks & beverages (Latest landing time 11:00)
12:00 -15:00 - Individual intention guidance sessions & introductory preparation talk with Q&A.
15:00 – 17:30 Time for your first session with yoga and meditation.
18:30 – Dinner, A light wholesome meal with fresh fruit and beverages will be waiting for you after the session where we then have our first chance to begin the group work.
Time for rest and sleep & reflection in comfortable and quiet surroundings.
Day 2 Friday
08:00-11:00 Intense Breath work & session, Fresh fruit, beverages will be waiting at the end of the session.
11:00-11:30 Rest, cleansing & rejuvenate.
11:30-12:30 Cold therapy (optional and only when appropriate)
13:00-14:30 Lunch, a fresh home cooked & nutritious meal will be available.
1430-18:30 1-2-1 therapy or guidance sessions, time for reflection and relaxation. Space to schedule massages and energy work.
18:30-20:00 – Dinner, followed by Guided sharing circles – a form of group therapy to support processing and understanding your experiences.
20:30-21:00 Short calming Yoga session
Day 3 Saturday
08:00-11:00 Cacao & meditation ceremony, Fresh fruit, beverages will be waiting at the end of the ceremony.
11:00-11:30 Rest, cleansing & rejuvenate.
11:30-13:00 Brunch, a fresh home cooked & nutritious meal will be available.
13:00-1430 Guided sharing circles & Games – a form of group therapy to support processing and understanding your experiences.
1430-18:30 1-2-1 therapy or guidance sessions, time for reflection and relaxation. Space to schedule massages and energy work.
18:30 – 19:30 Optional Yoga session
19:30-20:30 – Dinner, followed by games (integration sessions for 3 day guests)
Day 4 Sunday
08:00-11:00 Intense Breath work & session, followed by Meditation and grounding. Fresh fruit, beverages will be waiting at the end of the session.
11:00-11:30 Rest, cleansing & rejuvenate.
11:30-12:30 Cold therapy (optional and only when appropriate for the individual)
13:00-14:00 Lunch, a fresh home cooked & nutritious meal will be available.
1430-18:30 Visit to a local nature park (a surprise to be enjoyed)
18:30-20:00 – Dinner, followed by integration sessions with art therapy exercises with Q&A – (Your real work starts here).
